Like weekday movies, midnight movies are something we rarely do for obvious reasons. This might be fun though, the classic sci-fi "It Came From Outer Space" in 3-D. That was a big cinematic trend in the ' 50s, schlocky sci-fi with titles that now sound woefully generic. But back then, I suppose it was all pretty cutting edge, exciting stuff. Often the "space aliens" worked as a sly metaphor for the Communists in those cold war days. And I remember the first ' 63/' 64 season of the "Outer Limits" had all kinds of veiled critiques of what Ike dubbed the "military-industrial complex". And how earthlings were a dangerous race whom cannot be trusted. But I digress. Again this is in 3-D. I guess meet in the lobby or the Inwood bar beforehand...
